#Arrow DC Easter Eggs | Jason Todd
In episode 8x05 Roy uses the name Jason to conceal his identity. In the comics Jason Todd, was the second Robin, brutally murdered by the Joker. Resurrected in the Lazaus Pit, Jason turned against his mentor for not avenging his death. Now on a path to redemption, Jason uses the skills Batman taught him as an anti-hero using the Joker's former identity: The Red Hood. He now leads a group called the Outlaws with Roy Harper his best friend and Starfire.
On Arrow, Roy also was resurrected in the pit and in need of redemption
