Ingredients: 350g spaghetti. 2 lemons, zest and juice. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. Salt and black pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente. Save 1/2 cup of the pasta water, and then drain the spaghetti. Melt the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat. After you add the lemon zest, cook for one minute. Add the lemon juice and the pasta water that you saved, and stir to mix. Salt and black pepper should be added along with heavy cream. Mix the sauce around until it gets a little thicker. Throw the cooked spaghetti into the sauce and make sure it's well covered. Add fresh basil leaves on top and serve hot.
