A delectable combination of garlic-infused buttery mushrooms tossed with perfectly cooked spaghetti, garnished with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients: 200g spaghetti. 250g mushrooms, sliced. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 4 tbsp butter. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped. Grated parmesan cheese for topping.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic. After you add the sliced mushrooms, cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until the mushrooms release their juices and get soft. Add the butter and let it melt so that it covers all of the mushrooms. Add pepper and salt to taste. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the garlic butter mushroom mixture in the skillet until everything is well mixed. Throw some chopped parsley on top of the spaghetti and mix it around some more. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top and serve hot.
