Has a habit of walking into door frames and glass doors because he's just not paying attention.

He's got a love bombing/hyper-attached love style. When he likes you there's no getting rid of him, even if you think he's gone he's not.

He comes under dressed to every event. Not intentionally mind you he just likes to dress comfortably and he's over all the crazy ways of dressing. He'd full on come to the world meeting in his pajamas.

He's got his button ups for every occasion. They all are covered in equally insane patterns. Think of those 1980's-1990's bowling alley carpets and bus seats. Yeah, that.

This is canon but I'm reiterating anyway. He drinks straight olive oil sometimes. If you think he's emotionally attached to tomatoes you should see how he acts around olives.

He's very physical. Touching, hugging, poking, prodding, elbowing, pull cheeks, playful slaps etc. He cannot keep his hands to himself, it's just how he interacts. You should be more worried if he's not interacting with you at all, because that means he's probably pissed at you.

Has a habit of ending up in places he didn't intend to go. Like takes a wrong turn and ends up in the next town over. He doesn't know how it happens he just always finds something to go look at and by the time he notices hes like three miles away from where he was supposed to be and its been two hours and how did he get these shopping bags is there a cat following him?

He doesn’t drink that much anyways

Yes he has wine every now and then but he only goes hard when he’s out with the boys

But if it bothers you he is more than willing to cut back

He wouldn’t do anything that would scare you!

The only time he would get drunk would probably be when he is away from you!

Now if other people got durbk around you there isn’t much he can do about it

But he will guide you away from the crazy people and calm you down as best he can!

Romano

He rarely gets drunk

But he does have 1 to 2 glasses of wine with his meal

It’s very mild though and light so hopefully it won’t bother you

If you find that one night you are a little freaked out and don’t want him to drink anything- he won’t!

He wants you to feel safe and he refuses to mess that up

If you two are out somewhere and you stumble across a very drunk person then he’ll probably insult them and drag you away from them

Spain rarely gets angry

Irritated and annoyed yeah but he really needs to be pushed to get angry which, to put it simply is a very very bad idea

His face will go stone cold, his jaw will tense and his eyebrows furrow in a way that makes his eyes seem darker

Sometimes it’s easy to forget that Spain was once a huge, less than friendly empire, but you’re definitely reminded when he gets angry

He gets quiet, he doesn’t yell or rant or anything, he doesn’t tend to speak and when he does it’s more of a deep, quiet growl

Spain is not afraid to get violent if he’s decided that it’s necessary and in all honesty if he’s reached that conclusion then they probably did deserve it to some extent

Back to the quiet part, he will not warn, he’ll just hit

It’s usually simply one punch to the jaw/nose, he has remarkable control, but that punch will definitely hurt

Again, it is really hard to get him truly angry, especially angry enough to resort to violence.

Things that will really piss him off is threatening harm to his loved ones, especially Romano or being really insulting towards them

If he doesn’t want to use violence then he’ll simply remove himself from the situation and go take a breather by himself

If he’s at home he’ll snack, nap and/or sharpen his axes, some calming music on in the background

DO NOT interrupt this time, whatever you do

ESPECIALLY if he’s in the middle of cleaning his axe, you’re just begging for a beheading at this point

He’s very gradual, he gradually gets to the raging anger point and gradually comes back down

He’ll start coming back out and socialising with people, likely Romano, Belgium, France and Prussia first until he’s calmed down

He generally doesn’t like revisiting what made him angry, so once it’s over it’s over in his eyes and he won’t listen to anyone try and bring it up again

He’ll get snappy if people persist, usually that’s enough to discontinue it though

He’ll cuddle to calm down too, once he’s done being alone he’ll rope Romano into cuddling and Romano agrees only to calm Spain down (or so he says)

Hetalia headcanons for Antonio with a very shy and introverted S/O? Like she gets very nervous going out or when it comes to romantic or affectionate things?

■ Is very loving and affectionate towards you and likes to be affectionate with you often and he doesn't mind PDA one bit and will almost always try to hold your hand but he will have no issues about hugging or kissing you whenever he feels like it whether it's in public or when the two of you are alone.

■ Because he is so affectionate he may not understand your reservation when it comes to affectionate acts and may not even notice or realize when he could be making you uncomfortable because he will invade your personal space quite often without even realizing you are getting embarrassed.

■ He can easily push you out of your comfort zone because he is the opposite and very extroverted and likes being social and he won't want to see you just locked up at home all the time. In fact he really won't even like doing things without you and will take you by the hand to take you different places.

■ Of course he's not completely oblivious though he can be at times, but he can notice when you seem really uncomfortable or embarrassed and will ask you about it. Because he will be very understanding if you talk about it with him and explain how you feel because he will want you to be open and honest with him.

■ He will not pressure you to do things you really don't want to but he will nudge and push you to because he will like to see you be at least a little more outgoing and willing to try new things. And pin point what exactly makes you nervous about going out, like if you just don't like being around crowds or if just leaving the house makes you nervous because he will want to help you overcome it.

■ He does have a hard time toning down his affections for you because being loving and affectionate physically is just how he shows you attention and love. Which means he can often hug you or touch you without thinking about it before hand so it can be hard for him to stop himself, at least he may not be able to catch himself right away.

Headcanon for Spain- that's he's afraid of thunderstorms and loud noises, simply because they remind him of the sound of canon fire and he's usually alone with no one to talk him out of the nightmares.

It's even worse in my experiment AU because the lightning sounds like the crack of a whip, yet Antonio hates feeling like a child when he jumps and overall it's just a big angst fest every time there is a storm.
