hello hello hello! today's cozytober prompt was "spiced latte"!!

I'm not much of a connoisseur of coffee myself, so the only context I had ever heard the term spiced latte before was with pumpkins. and as I know how to draw those now, I just put one besides the glass for emphasis!

I didn't really plan to shade any of my inktober pieces this year, but the small reflection of the glass just made the entire piece look so much better!! I also love how the whipped cream turned out!

Sputnik Sweetheart and spiced tea for this lazy morning. This book is the 'contemporary' entry for the 2022 Genre Bingo, and I've actually borrowed it from a friend (you can tell by the fact it looks like it's been through a war zone)! It seems a very quick read, and so far it's good. Anyone ever read/is reading it?

July 13, 2022 – Masala Chai

Drawing inspiration from this video, I tried to recreate this delicious Indian tea. It was more of a latte, as I didn't use water at all. It tasted absolutely incredible, with just enough spice. Still debating whether it was worth the stomachache, though (probably yes).
