Mountain Clay
These crispy and flavorful air fryer cauliflower bites are perfect for snacking or serving as a crowd-pleasing appetizer. They're seasoned with aromatic spices and cooked to perfection in the air fryer, resulting in a crunchy exterior with a tender interior. Plus, they're vegan-friendly and packed with nutrients.
Ingredients: 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast optional.
Instructions: Get the air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Cauliflower florets should be mixed with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until they are well covered. Make sure there is enough space in the air fryer basket so that the cauliflower florets are all in one layer. If you want the cauliflower to be golden brown and crispy, air fry it for 15 to 20 minutes and shake the basket every so often. You can add nutritional yeast to the cauliflower bites before serving if you want to make them taste even better. As a tasty snack or starter, serve hot.
