This Spicy Beef Stir-Fry is easy to make and tastes great. It's great for busy weeknights. Stir-frying tender beef slices with a mix of bright vegetables and a spicy-sweet sauce makes a tasty meal that everyone will love.
Ingredients: 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. 1 onion, sliced. 1 bell pepper, sliced. 1 cup broccoli florets. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooked rice for serving.
Instructions: Put soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl and mix them together. Put away. Put oil from plants into a big pan or wok and heat it over high heat. Add the ginger and garlic that have been minced and cook for 30 seconds. Stir-fry the beef slices for about two to three minutes, until they turn brown. Put broccoli florets, onion, and bell pepper in the pan. Stir-fry for another two to three minutes, or until the vegetables are soft but still crisp. Mix the sauces together and pour them over the beef and vegetables. Mix everything together well to cover it all. Keep cooking for one more minute. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve hot on top of rice that has been cooked. Have fun!
