Thank you so much for the ask!! I definitely think if this au followed the canon story more closely Sunny would be a spiral avatar. And yeah Kel makes me sad— I haven’t gotten to that point in the story yet but Kel tries to become an avatar in a desperate attempt to stay close with his friends and it backfires on him horribly.
