A fuzzy genetic experiment who's part octopus, part fox, and secretly part butterfly. Unlike the other mutants on Keep Away Island, Peri doesn't seem to have been made with a specific purpose in mind, though he believes himself to be one of the Doctor's favorite creations (failing to realize that his name is short for Failed ExPERIment Number 13). Not knowing his purpose, he feels like he doesn't really fit in, but he doesn't let that get him down too much! Still, he's on a journey of self-discovery, hoping to find out one day why he was made.

He's very loyal and responsible, but likes to have fun and be silly too, and is a great friend. As far as abilities go, he's extremely elastic, and is good at knitting, baking, climbing, and fixing cars. He also likes bowling.
