Day 15: stupidest dragon

For this one I just had to do both Zap and Splurgy, my lightning and plague reps! Because apart they're,,eh they're not the smartest but they're certainly not dumb of ass. But put them together and they will immediately either begin trying to outdo the other in increasingly inane ways, or they'll combine forces and wreak havoc on everyone around them.
