how big of a leap is to interpret the Impala license plate "kaz" to "cas" he was there from the beginning!
dean posting is not enough i need to possess him
The most realistic thing about Supernatural is how Sam and Dean put everything into finding their dad, but once he was found (01×20), Sam and John were immediately at each other's throats. That's the most realistic family representation I've ever seen.
i know that it’s been years since spn ended but the ending still bothers me so here goes:
look, i get it. the show started with the brothers and it should end with the brothers too. I GET IT. i’m fond of their relationship too.
but sam got to live out his whole life so why can’t dean have that too?
dean gets married to cas in heaven, they build a nice little home together, he hangs out with all his dead friends. time can flow the same way on earth and in heaven. many years later, sam finally dies of old age and the brothers arrange to meet up on a bridge before they drive off into the sunset together. they have a wonderful catchup in the impala and then they both return to their houses in heaven and they all lived happily ever after.
dean is still dead but the ending would’ve been much more palatable to me instead of him just driving around until sam shows up. meh.
dean winchester did not have so many episodes with being a loving father to children for you to say sam wants kids more than him... name one kid sam knows.
like even if you ignore the fact that dean made that mixtape to mirror his parents it's still so inherently romantic. think about the time period that dean grew up, watching campy 80s movies where people stood outside of their love interests homes with boomboxes, where music and dance is the heart and soul of life and love, endless worlds where the music says more than words ever really could. dean communicates his feelings to cas through that mixtape because expressing feelings through music is what he knows.
