Summary:

Sam remembers the grief counselor that was a shapeshifter and convinces Nick to each take a turn being Lucifer for the other in an exercise of release and grief healing. If things don’t work as Sam imagined, well that is a risk one takes with Lucifer

What a wonderful way to enter 2026! I felt that I was really able to explore mood and color while also developing a better sense for figure drawing. The banner was especially interesting--to combat my tendency to start with portraiture (my beloved), I decided to disallow full facial features and focus on atmosphere.
