Round One of art claims for WIP Big Bang/fic claims for WIP Reverse Bang is now open! You may claim one fic project and/or one art project this round, and you may claim something for both event (ie, you can claim a fic for WIPBB as well as an art project for WIPRB). We currently have 136 projects up for art claims for WIPBB and 12 projects up for fic claims for WIPRB.

Summary:
As cliché as it seems, Jensen falls hard for Jared, the drummer for Fallen Idol, the house band for Kane’s, where he bartends. Jared is the one man Jensen is sure hates him. Jared hasn’t been especially kind to him, and with Jensen’s shyness and a past hurt from his teenage years, Jensen has all but given up on love. He’s resigned to living a solitary life, despite his feelings for Jared. Except, one night, someone unexpectedly starts flirting with Jensen, sparking the bartender’s interest and fueling his desire to be seen by someone who seems to have his pick of men and women, even if it isn’t Jared. Accepting a dinner date, Jensen soon discovers that it was a mistake and ends up being hurt by the man he thought was interested in him. Seeing Jensen hurt sparks something in Jared, making him protective of the bartender he’s teased, leading him to examine his feelings for Jensen, and hoping that he can get over his past. The only question for Jared is, can Jensen forgive him for how he treated the bartender and give him a chance? For Jensen, the question is, can he trust Jared with his heart?

Submit long fics! Submit short fics. Submit dead dove fics and fluffy fics and angsty fics and smutty fics! Submit fics on Tumblr and fics on AO3! Just send us the links!
What's the deadline to submit my links?
Friday night at midnight, Eastern US time. After midnight, we'll queue up all the links submitted, and we can all spend the weekend reading! (And don't forget to comment on the fics you read!)

I'm currently working on a big project to create a Supernatural fanfiction archive. This would be a digital library of sorts tha

Its been a little over a year since I joined this cool-ass corner of the Supernatural fandom and in that time I've discovered and consumed alot of fanfiction on this site (and a03 when I can sorta figure how to work it).
And I mean like ALOT (healthy? debatable).
But somewhere along the way of diving deep into this rich well of creativity came this idea to create a SPN Fanfiction Archive.
This is a HUGE passion project for me and i'm so excited to share just a little about it and how you can be apart of it!
Essentially this will be a digital library dedicated to preserving, celebrating and sharing the stories, authors, fandom lore that have made this community so special.
I also want to celebrate and highlight the incredible 'fanon' that has been built within these writing spaces. Things like the headcanons, tropes, lore that was never considered canon but feels like such a huge part of the fandom now. The ideas that have been passed from writer to writer, inspiring stories to become woven into this community.
My goal for this project is to create a place where readers can discover stories, recconect with old favorites, discover 'fanon' they've never come across before. I also want this to become a source of inspiration for writers, a place to browse these tropes and fanfon when that creative spark needs a little help.
Sooooo with that being said (and if you made it this far in the post ) if you'd like to contribute and be apart of this project I've put together a short google form you can fill out where you can recommend one of your fics or someones elses!

Kinktober is a kinky October prompt challenge that’s been running in one form or another since 2016. There are three prompts for each day in October, and the challenge is to use one (or more!) of the prompts to create something for that day. If you don’t want to use any of the three daily prompts, you can swap them out for the bonus prompts at the bottom of the prompt list.
