I am a liveblog and generally, getting spoiled kind of sucks. In fact, I even already know a few spoilers! but that was just kind of my own dumb luck, and I don’t think they’re anything too huge

But other than the few little scraps, I have no idea what happens in this show, so keep it that way if you please (also don’t be coy or dance around spoilers, that counts)

While I’m At It, An Updated Spoilers PSA

Friends, with just a short amount of time left before the next movie opens, a reminder/update on my spoiler and spoiler-tagging policies around here:

For the film: 

- spoilers will be tagged with both “tros spoilers” and “ix spoilers” - I am seeing the movie opening night in the US - I do NOT consider trailers, promo shots, advertisements that, say, run on national TV and pictures of official merchandise you can find in any old random Target to be “spoilers” (if you are THAT spoiler-averse, I recommend leaving the internet entirely very soon).  - I do NOT consider short reaction posts that give away nothing about the story (e.g. “We had fun!”/ “I’m so disappointed!”/ “The ENDING OMG”) to be spoilers, though sometimes I will tag them as such if I think someone else is likely to reply with something spoilery - I DO consider still shots/gifs/videos of stuff shown only in the film, descriptions of the story/plot to be spoilers, of course, and will tag accordingly for about two weeks post-release. It’s been my experience over the years that by that point, the cat is pretty much out of the bag all over the internet, and anyone who was deeply invested in not being spoiled has found a way to see the actual film by then. 

For Mando, TCW, anything else coming our way in the near future: 

- spoilers will be tagged with [show name] spoilers, e.g. “the mandalorian spoilers”, as I have been doing  - same policy applies here as far as what I do/don’t consider a spoiler  - since people watch these on very different schedules and there isn’t the same immediate rush that there generally are with the movies, I will keep spoiler-tagging things for ~ 3-4 weeks post-release. I’ll try to keep it up longer than that if I can, as I know not everyone has Disney+ (or has gotten the content however they’re going to get it yet) and/or prefer to wait and binge-watch everything at once, but the longer it’s been since something’s come out, the harder it may be for me to remember/the more pointless it may be (case in point: pretty sure The Baby was EVERYWHERE before I even got a chance to get over here and post anything about The Mandalorian that first day.)

If there is something in particular you are concerned about re: tags as a reader of mine, please let me know. I can’t promise I can accommodate every reasonable/polite request, but I will try.

Coming out of my bunker to issue a warning:

I’ve seen that a lot of people have been speedruning/semi-speedruning Royal to get to the new content. Despite my best efforts to avoid spoilers, I’ve seen Showtimes and AOA Finishers not shown off in trailers. Not everyone on Tumblr or Twitter has been using tags well.

Since I’m seeing them, you probably are too. Best advice is to temporally unfollow the blogs that don’t tag spoilers in tandem with blocking keywords and tags. Not sending hate, I just know some people get really excited for new content that they forget to tag. It happens.

PSA on Avengers Endgame spoilers

So the premiere has passed and we are now...on the Endgame. Huh.

Anyway, for those who have watched Endgame, please keep the spoilers to yourselves and let others find out for themselves. After all as quoted by the guy himself, 'Thanos demands your silence'.

Or in my own words of wisdom....Laziness-to-post-spoilers demands your attention. Guess laziness has its benefit.

Several episodes from Season 8 of My Little Pony have leaked in incomplete form.

Please tag these leak spoilers accordingly until the episodes have actually aired, so as to not ruin things for people who want to wait until they are available in their COMPLETE form.

This is completely different than full episodes being leaked.
