I am developing a character with limitations due to fatigue in their body cells and neurological issues that do not warn them of the dangers of their condition. I do not want to make mistakes in my writing that could hurt certain perceptions.

I need real experiences so that my character can adapt logically in their daily life.

Questions like:

How do you feel when your breath feels like it's lagging far behind you?

How do you go about your daily life when your body can't alert you to small dangers?

When the air is hot and your skin is dry, how do you describe your feelings about your own body temperature?
