Yesterday was my dieticians regular monthly check-in...she wasnt happy with the results. I am down to 110 lbs...thats 5 lbs less than i was my firdt visit...which was 3 lbs less than my PAs check up 2 weeks before that. It was ok for a bit losing weight like i am. When you weigh 150lbs at 5'3" and attempt to lose weight thats apparently normal...then i got sicker. And i dropped to 120lbs rapidly. Since then i have never weighed more than 123lbs on a bloated day. Though i am scared, i smile because i am strong. I am beautiful. I am capable. I'm going to fight like hell to avoid hospitalization and tube feeding or monitored meals...its hard when you gav through almost everything you eat, wake up dry heaving, and have reactions to almost everything. But hard is not impossible. I will #gainandmaintain #weight. This wont take my spirit. Upping my #protein in take. Which is hard being vegetarian and have #raynauds...soy isnt a sure OK...so im going to try hemp. I should be gaining aside from a few days of meal skipping..i know i know. But you dont know why i do so please refrain from lecturing me...teust me i got it yesterday. Talks of tube feeding are serious i am aware. But if i have to I'll face that too and make it through. I also wanted to show off my new sweater thing. Lol so excited for warm clothes. My fear has been creeping into the forefront of my brain, The nasty thing, Im so tired i almost said okay, I mean, it is the easy way, But no, I cant, I dont like how uneasy it makes me feel, Have another thing but my heart taking the wheel.
