I am really struggling to understand this transandrophobia discourse. Obviously trans mascs and anyone who goes through an F to M or X transition has a very different experience than trans femmes. Some kinds of transphobia are universal experiences among the trans population, some aren't, duh. I will never know what it feels like to experience trans misogyny.

"Oh no you'll get smelly and aggressive and ewww bottom growth" these are examples of things I've heard that I would consider casual transandrophobia.

Honestly most casual transandrophobia I see is from younger trans masc's who are afraid of bottom growth or say nasty things about other people's phallo or meta surgeries.

Systemic transandrophobia looks like being unable to access an OB/GYN. "Pregnant person? You mean a mother?" Thats systemic transandrophobia. Transandrophobia killed Robert Eads.

So what does this have to do with our trans sisters? They are unable to inflict SYSTEMIC transandrophobia. Could individual trans femmes dislike trans mascs or make casually transandrophobic comments? Of course. You know who else can and does regularly? I can point to several trans masc centered reddit pages.

I just feel so confused looking at this from the middle as a trans masc dyke. Like yes, I have experienced transandrophobia but because I have no connection to manhood I have no desire to join the boys club forming around this mess.

Its literally no different than MRAs. Most of these accusations towards trans women are instances of casual transandrophobia. So casual infact it runs amock all over trans masc reddit. Just like cis men police eachother's masculinity, we do it to.

Like I seriously do not understand how or why trans women are getting dragged into this at all. I'm just puzzled. Please explain it to me like I'm 5.
