I just nitpick at everything!! Not as scared of people lately which is nice I guess.

Washing dishes sucks sometimes. I am so clumsy and my ocd just nitpick everything. Every splash of water and its "oh my god you're such a mess, oh my god now you have to dry that, just do it right". Ny ocd says there is a reasonable fear about splashing dirty water all over the kitchen, or how embarrassing now my shirts wet, gross. Idk. My ocd is just a bully. I am clumsy all the time! Usually its funny. But when my ocd is bad its every little thing. My brain makes up all sorts of reasons why every misstep is actually catastrophic. Maybe I'll get sick, maybe bad luck, maybe an inefficiency.

It truly doesn't matter because my ocd is just fucking bullying me. Its trying to get my attention by yelling about everything. Everything is a fucking 5 alarm fire. Like my apartment's over sensitive smoke detectors. I argue with them too though.

Will I ever learn my lesson??
