Another BTS art challenge! J-hope's birthday was in February, so my pal Sammy talked me into trying to draw his hands every day for the month. (Arguably this is my own fault, because I mentioned a while ago that he has my favourite kind of hands to draw.) Some days I had time to do a little portrait as well, I think the Glass Animals one is my favourite.
Incidentally I thought we were going to post these together on twitter like we did with 3minJimin, but Sammy never posted hers! She left me completely exposed!
Say hello to Zed 🖤
For one of my briefs, I had to make a comic in which each page could be read as a separate story. We were shown examples of oubapo comics as a way to give us some inspiration.
An oubapo comic is one in which there is some sort of restriction. Some oubapo comics will have unconventional panelling, some will read the same back to front, and others will have the same image in every panel.
Each page of this comic had to have six panels, have no dialogue and could have one spot colour.
I got carried away but here is McCree healing after battle as my side of an art trade with @fandom-and-random. It was really fun to draw, gone for a sepia colour base with a bit of spot colouring. Anyway hope you enjoy dooder.

A Taste for Death 2026 Ink on paper
I had the pleasure and privilege to make this commission for @porcelainseashore for her story of the same title, which you can read on her blog, right here. I'm sure this is probably not surprising, but I really enjoy drawing cemeteries. And I love getting to illustrate Wynter's eventful unlife. She's horrible and wonderful.
The scent of blood (originally: A vér illata) 2024 Ink on paper
This is day 17 of Inktober. Here are the rest of the days.
This is that moment in Bloodlines when one walks down into Andrei's basement and Andrei sniffs the air and slowly turns around. It always makes me melt. He is a glorious, horrible monster, and I love and admire him.
I'm fairly sure clan doesn't have a scent, and power doesn't have a scent either. Rather, I think Andrei has Auspex (that his clan canonically has access to) that he interprets as if it was through his sense of smell.
