It makes me so sad that the SPPD community is so goddamn toxic. I downloaded reddit solely for the purpose of discussing Phone Destroyer with other players and to ask for advice and all that, but you get crucified for shit just like that. People shame each other’s techniques and it feels like you can’t use any cards without someone screaming at you that they’re too meta. Now, I agree Cyborg Tower and cows are meta and a little lazy, and I don’t use them (Not that I could use cows if I wanted to, I don’t even have them), but there’s no point in yelling at everybody who uses those cards, just like there is no point in yelling at ppl who use SH. How can you crucify the usage of a WHOLE theme? But it’s not just that, you get laughed at for being inexperienced, like that isn’t the whole point of the subreddit? Also the people who use CT are honestly just as bad as the anti CT nazis. One guy in particular does nothing but stir up fights because he’s mad that people don’t like CT. Sometimes, there are genuinely super helpful people, and I immensely enjoy listening to their advice or just their personal opinions on good combo cards and strategies and shit, but the fun gets absolutely gangbanged by so many people who are mad over nothing. There is this one guy who is constantly mad that new players exist, if new players didn’t exist, the game would end up removed from the app store. So what the hell is the big deal?????
