Couple things.... NSV and scale victory today!
1. It is 6 weeks into the weight loss challenge and I am down 10.6 lbs 🎉🎉🎉 getting so close to onederland now and I can’t wait!! It was an accomplishment last time I was here but I knew I was trying to get pregnant and wild like get back up above 200 this time it is physically impossible for me to get pregnant (by choice!) so I’m saying 👋🏼 to the 200’s forever!!!
2. Stephanie (my trainer) upped my squat weight to 95 lbs I’m honestly so proud of myself because with my messed up ankles/knees/hips I thought I would never be able to squat with good form and flexibility but the mobility sets I’ve been doing plus just the shear number of squats I’ve done with my trainer nit picking every single things about my form have helped SO much!
3. I redid measurements today with steph and I am down inches everywhere but lost notably 3 inches from my hips!!!! Also down 4 pounds of fat and gained 1 ½ lbs muscle in 4 weeks 🎉🎉
