God I absolutely slayed leg day

I have mainly been focusing on hamstring and glute exercises, as this is where I feel needs the most toning up

Chest and triceps on Thursday and they ache so much now I need to start having protein shakes

Trying to do abbs twice a week, one day dedicated and another with a few abb exercises at the end

I'll need to sort out a comparison picture in a few weeks because the loss and tone is amazing

Squat day Saturday. Busted out my knee wraps for the first time in more than a decade. These things are probably older than me.
