STOP NEGLECTING YOURSELF!

My ick with myself is that I am just neglectful.

I don't know what trauma made me neglectful.

But I am and I am making a plan to fix that.

My birthday is in two days and I realize I have lived a life of neglect and God is giving me a second chance---I could not squander this Summer.
