At what level can the cats use tools or skills? How much "culture" are you adding into your Clans? Meaning folklore, celebrations, special landmarks, or something more simple such as a special hunting skill...

I plan to add most of these things! Folklore regarding the weather and prey are already in the works, and I do have a few holidays planned for each Vigil and their corresponding founders!

There is a huge thing that I want to add, and that is the addition of a temple on each of the Vigils' territories. Cats can go there to pray to StarClan, channel spirits (in rare cases) and even a few executions have been held there in the past.

I do also want to add something to do with cooking as a form of worship! It's still just an idea, but I'd like to know everyone's thoughts!

Do the Fealties have weddings? If so, does it differ from each Fealty, and do the Evergreens have any involvement with it?

Yes! All Fealties have wedding ceremonies; most communities do, in fact, even if they look a little different depending on where they are ^^

For our Fealty, that of the Four-Trees, they have weddings as well! The Evergreens don’t have any involvement in them*, but sometimes they can be invited as guests, and even more rarely they’ll even show up!

The journey i've been having these past years with "Warriors AU's" has been pretty crazy! At first i was comfortable just changing celebrations and some values of the Clans. Then i went even wilder, and changed the afterlife and some of the jobs. But the deeper i dug into Warriors!Tumblr, the more opportunities i encountered...

I also removed humans for the next AU, and began creating tools they could use.

But now? Its a completely different thing. I've decided to start a xenomoggy. It no longer resembles Warriors. (Massive inspiration from you, Ailurocide! And the other blogs that often lurk around here)

The whole “xenomoggy” thing was such an amazing project to be a part of and contribute towards, and it just brings me so much joy to see others taking steps away from the toxicity of Warriors while still being able to create something that they love!

When you’re free from the mess that is canon Warriors, things just become a lot more freeing and fun, and it’s wonderful.

Keep creating, keep making yourself happy, and good things will come from that point on!!! <3

What inspired Dreamtongue's name? Its entirely different from Brokentail, i love it

Oh gosh, it’s been so long since I originally came up with it…

I think it came alongside with the names of “Wishkit” and “Hopekit”; I always loved the whimsical vibes of those names, especially in ShadowClan, and how heartbreaking they were in execution. And while “Broken” would absolutely fit within OFND’s world (and possibly even better within the narrative, as it would have been chosen by the cat himself, possibly referencing his “broken” family and the way that Raggedclaw left both himself and his mother “broken”), ultimately I just fell in love with it!

In development, at the time, “Dream” was a unique spin to potential renames of Brokenstar. I even went through a few different ideas before settling on it! “Promise”, “Trust”, “Faith”, and even “Paradise” were all potential prospects! At the end of the day, though, I settled with “Dream” because it rolled off the tongue better and fit best with his narrative, the ambitions of the character, and still fell in similar lines to canon while still differing enough to feel unique and fitting to my personal tastes as a writer.

The Moorsweepers have to be my favorite. The idea of farming and herding is very interesting for a group, and its one i've never heard before. If i lived in OFND, i would probably want to live in either the Moorsweepers or Riverwards. I absolutely love everything about them - their lifestyle, their holidays, etc

Honestly?? Yeah me too lmao,, even if the Fenland is my personal favorite from a world building standpoint

How different would you say your Lake Territory will be from canon? Since you will have to remove any landmarks that are made by Twolegs (And when you think about it, that's almost 90% of what all the Lake landmarks are made of!) and also add any significant borders with other socities.

It would be pretty cool if you added many custom landmarks since the Lake Territory lacked a lot that wasn't releated to Twolegs.

I only just managed to get my art skills together enough to maybe have a decent map for the Shining Sun. I probably won't know what the Lake Territories will look like until I start working on them. My mind is pretty clear on what the current camps look up but I get all the directions turned around all the time lmao

anyway yeah, the lake was resort/summer vacation territory in canon meanwhile, the forest was like private residence

The lake here is at least surrounded by a bunch of rogue lands
