How far we’ve fallen into the gutter with the trash occupying the White House, Congress, and a Supreme Court that too often looks more political than principled. Sometimes it’s hard to believe this is the same country I’ve lived in all these years.

The corruption, the cruelty, the performative outrage, the open contempt for everyday people and democratic norms...it would’ve sounded unbelievable not that long ago.

We are absolutely reaping what too many people either enabled, excused, or were too complacent to take seriously.
