When this book was leaked online in 2008 I was really sad, because I had been so looking forward to reading it. I think a friend I had then forwarded me the leaked chapters. I didn’t really remember them that much while reading this. I did enjoy hearing/reading things from Edward’s POV and found that part really entertaining, especially with how seriously dramatic he is. I’m not sure if I’d like the rest of the series from his POV or one of the other characters. Alice’s POV might really be interesting. Overall, I’d say I enjoyed this, but mainly I think I enjoyed talking to other Twilight fans/friends about it, than actually reading the book itself. I still really adore the characters, and the series because, it got me through a challenging time in my life, and I’ll always remember that. I’d say, if you’re already a fan of the series, give this one a go. 6/10⭐

Breaking Dawn is still my favourite. New Moon was (and still is) so hard for me to get through (I should have skipped it entirely but my ocd won't let me do that!). Y’all. Midnight Sun is coming out and I just went from a 21 year old who rags on twilight, back to the thirteen year old who has team Edward merch covering every inch of her walls. Also, if she left the first part of it the same as it was when it was leaked, this book is going to be so good. I remember reading it on her website and I liked it so much better than Bella’s perspective.
