could you imagine being the SPK during the manga death note ending. Youve committed years to catching the villain who’s killed thousands and then you finally meet him and he’s this arrogant snide prettyboy twink whos half your age and is pretending so hard that he doesn’t think you’re all about to die but you know you won’t because you know the whole plan and then it happens and he flips out and god damn this kid is crazy and then that soft looking guy from the Japanese task force snaps and shoots him like a million times and screams about Kira killing his own dad(??) and Kira’s just rolling with it getting more and more unhinged by the second and you were supposed to be scared of this guy? And then he starts screaming with fucking voice cracks at a shinigami you can’t see to kill you all and for a moment you’re worried but he just starts panicking and drops dead. In less than an afternoon Kira’s gone from being this almighty superpower to a dead pathetic twink. Crazy.
