Hellllllo #hypertrophy block! I got to #deadlift three different ways today and I was a #happygirl. First did a set of 2 pulls at 86%, then 8x3 at 69% for "speed". The speed part was just a 90 second rest between, which is what I do between my sets anyway. So, I chose to focus my speed on my set up and pull (first video). I don't want to take forever setting up - it's not a one man interpretive dance show. Finished the dead volume with 3x8 #stiffleg at 135, 185 (quickly realised my mistake) and 135 again. . Afterwards, it was some quick accessories which, unfortunately, I had to complete in the #creepyroom of #johnson. Why is it creepy you may be asking? It gets full of creeps real quick. By the time I finished my super sets of rows and lat pulls the room was packed. Juuuust in time for me to finish the workout with #goodmornings 😶 .
