So, people are worried about the tree being uprooted, and I'm going to talk a little bit about why I am also worried. Ever since it was revealed that the children poured their hopes into the roots of the tree after being told a story and presumably before being sacrificed, I have felt it played a major role into the storybook aspect of this show which has been present since s1. I think it is the reason Jade and Tabitha can reincarnate. The children probably thought about the story they were told and willed it into existence that the "heroes", their parents- Would be able to come back to save them. Obviously Jade and Tabitha loved them a lot and want to come back to save them so it is their wants that cooperate with that to make it a reality too, I'm sure. (The tree also makes me think about the Family Tree, there are so many themes on family in this show. If the hope put into this tree is fueled in part by the love from their parents, then the tree representing a sort of family tree with the reincarnation cycles and the way it seems every reincarnation of Tabitha has been a mother would make a lot of sense. That means if that bottle tree is meant to represent a family tree, then tearing down the tree would literally be ending the family tree of their child.) Anyways, if it is their hopes that live in the roots of those trees, and if those hopes are what helped create the reincarnation cycle, tearing down the tree could end the reincarnation cycle.

i think Boyd will come around to Jade's plan and ignore the visions which are meant to be a warning about Henry after considering what ghost Khatri said. The BiW told Victor that he shouldn't cut the tree down. I think potentially Victor will learn of what's happening but he will not be able to tell them before it's too late- Why? Something will happen between him and Henry that interrupts him. (I actually don't know which bottle tree it was that Victor was told not to cut down though- There are two of them. If it wasn't the one under the tunnels then... there's an offchance it might not be as bad as it seems..?) If it does play out this way, that means that the stakes will be higher than ever before because if it really does break the reincarnation cycle, meaning Jade and Tabitha are the final ones, this is the last chance anyone has to free the children and all the souls trapped here. Idk though!!
