Hanukkah Sameach!

Happy 1st night of Hanukkah to all that celebrate! Here’s the story of how Wolfstar got her first ear nick.

The incident happened when she was apprenticed in Duskclan, after doing poorly during a mock fight, Clearpaw (the blue/grey tabby tom in the first 2 pics) taunts Wolfpaw. After several incidents like this the two make an agreement to sneak out of camp and spar to see who was better.

Clearpaw had the advantage and would’ve won but he was smug and underestimated her, giving her the in to win. They got scraped up on bloody by the time she managed to pin him and win.

However Wolfpaw should’ve known that wherever Clearpaw is, Sparkpaw is sure to follow. The large red molly, angry her friend lost, ran out of her hiding place and grabbed Wolfpaw by the ear, ripping it in the process.

She probably would’ve done worse if Jaggedstar and Stoatfang hadn’t happened upon them. Enraged Jaggedstar grabbed Sparkpaw and threw her off her daughter.

Both Sparkpaw and Clearpaw were uninjured aside from scrapes and bruises, but Wolfpaw’s ear was bleeding heavily. Stoatfang and Greyclaw punished their respective apprentices heavily with unwanted chores and long lectures about the warrior code.

Jaggedstar lecture Wolfpaw for fighting and sneaking out, but was secretly pleased her daughter had managed to win and stand up for herself.

Working on updating pretty much all of my characters. Some got very little updated and others got a pretty big redo. Overall I think they’re way more appealing and cohesive, and I’m getting better at drawing tabbies and torties

Stoatfang, senior warrior of WildClan

Mate of Doestar; father of Elkstar, Horsefur, Owlstorm, and Lizardmoon; grandfather of Settingsky, Duskwing, Lizardkit, Stagkit, Weaselkit, and Rabbitkit

Stoatfang has the definition of resting bitch face. His underbite makes him seem like he’s always scowling. He’s not mean hearted at all - in fact he’s quite soft on the inside - but he isn’t very talkative or social, so he can come across as ready to tear someone apart. The only cat he really opens up to is his mate Doestar, with whom he is very close. He also likes to spoil his kids and grandkids. Stoatfang looks pretty good for his age, even though he’s the same age as Doestar, but he insists on never retiring.

Warriors OC time! He escaped from his twolegs at around 6/7 moons, then went on to join his clan and become an adept fighter despite his disability. He uses his teeth for both much of his fighting and hunting, hence the ‘fang’ half of his name. (Please do not tag as Kin/ID/me.)
