Nice little trio of people I made near the start of the month to draw for Halloween, I regrettably haven't drawn much of them this whole month tho. Only S.K.A.T.E.S is named, the other two... I dunno man. They're all from various dreams I had. more concept stuff under the cut (:D)

The original TV concept I doodled down like a month ago, some time after the dream. only the outside resemble a tv, the inside is all gross flesh stuff that changes. He does have a mostly intact skeleton in there, probably for extra stability idk, he functions fine without it.

You can still use him like a TV. He can't sit still for too long tho. The blonde girl is kind of like Pacifica from gravitifalls in my mind. The setting I've decided for them is kind of like gravityfalls too now that I think about it. It's some small semi-remote town where some spacial anomaly happened and brought with it a bunch of otherworldly things and infecting the existing wildlife too.

Blond girl and the TV had to begrudgingly work together to get out of a situation once, but a few days after they parted, she found him half passes out at her doorstep because apparently his previous group hates him now because the situation they got out of days ago included eldritch monsters trying to kill them and apparently he isn't allowed to attack his own kind, not even for self defence??. The dream itself went something like that too.

S.K.A.T.E.S has been an OC for probably a year or two now, he's from a backrooms dream and originally didn't have any colour/was black and white. His name came from the dream too!

I suspect that he may come from my memory of like, analog horror stuff. He also has a full human skeleton under that black goop, it's like a small pocket dimension in there, enough for one skeleton.

Though the one and only album by the Fabulous Singing Cowby Sisters, "Not Dead Yet", would only sell around fifty copies in its initial printing, the album has gained a cult following. Initially viewed only as vanity project from famed murder victim / possible murderer BB, the "rediscovery" of Not Dead Yet has viewed it as a work of outsider art. As BB and ZZ both lacked any knowledge of guitars, the two rely exclusively on a keytar, xylophone, and their voices to capture the earthy realism of Country music, and in doing so capture the confusion and beauty of our modern drifters. A recent 10th anniversary review in Pitchfork summarized popular opinion thusly: "Finally, Nashville has an answer to The Shaggs." This renewed attention has resulted in a flood of new listens across streaming services, thus far earning the duo a well-deserved 243 dollars.
