Oh my god it just occurred to me I have never seen a gifset of the scene in 1x07 where El sees Barb’s dead body in the void, begins to panic, then she hears Joyce’s voice, we see her and Hopper take El’s hands in the pool, and then we see El in the void calming down because she can hear Joyce. It’s one of the most moving moments in the show for me (made me cry, because El deserves that and her brief but fast bond with Joyce makes me so emotional) but I’ve never seen it gifed!
