95th St Apartment Exterior

I've built the apartment building that Luca lives in c: There's the West & East building, West is the classier building while East is the shabbier one. Funny how these two are right next to each other, but that's because I changed my mind about what kind of living condition Luca lives in in the middle of building. I thought to match the apartments like in the Godfather video game but I thought about how he's supposed to be rich so why should I put him in a place like that! So a nicer building has been built right next to it just for him 🤗

Here are some gameplay screenshots of some of the Strazzi family! I maxis-matched them. Honestly, I think this was a big nerf compared to how they looked in alpha cc...but they still look good to me!!

I was excited after building the compound that I did a short playtest on how functional it was. Oscar and Carlos went over to the second house shortly after, I think they wanted to hang with Giovanni?? Too bad though because he was my playtest sim so the door was not answered :D

Luca is chilling nicely in his newly built apartment. I went hard on this 12 unit fully furnished apartment just for him to live in only one of them.

I think the decor captures the era they're supposed to be living in though. So I'm happy with how things turned out! But I still need to play in them some more.

I'm kinda in my build era so I'm thinking of integrating every iconic household I have in all my saves in one to live in their custom built abodes

A different dump - I started missing my Strazzi family so I committed myself to build their compound! Heavily inspired by the Corleone compound because I made this household based on The Godfather anyway. I took so long on this build and I don't even know how to show it off because I'm clueless on how to take build screenshots...so here's a floor plan:

The Don & the kids live in the main house while Giovanni lives in the second house with his twin toddlers. Not pictured is the basement which is where operation meetings are held :D
