3.10.21 - it’s been a while! things really picked up and i kinda got lost in the shuffle. today is our university “mental health day,” so i finally had some time to relax.
i was going to do the zoomester studyblr challenge, but i’m woefully behind. here’s my answer for day 6, just because: midday. mom jeans. picnic dates. thrift-shopping. pinterest. low-key insecure. obssessed with photography.

character limit is my new nemesis! why do russian words have to be so ineffectively clunky? we may never know. on the upside, they opened a nice coffee place in my building, so may pancakes, mochas and my incredible friend be the guiding light.
music: legs away by mother mother
This afternoon is for updating my journal and homemade chai latte

hello all!! hope you’re doing well. i’m really interested in exploring the realm of digital notes in what used to be a physical space - the study community. as a primarily digital note taker who used to be a fiercely paper based note taker, it’s been a really interesting transition to experience as i come of age.
and so, coming soon is a post on the realm of electronic notes in what was originally a paper study world.
as i start the post, lemme know what y’all think - paper notes or electronic notes as king?
pictured: my reading notes on langston hughes’ short story ‘cora unashamed’ alongside the reading, which i read off my laptop. the text of the notes is in green because that was hughes’ favorite color to write in! in the background of the photo is my lovely girlfriend @mypencilshavings, who is a new force in the studyblr community and absolutely killing it!! check her out at your leisure. she’s studying biology of women in this pic :)
as you can tell by these photos, i like post-it notes :)
Day 1/100
As many others I am just starting a new school year and so I have decided to try to join the 100 days of productivity challenge.
I don't really plan on posting every day and am pretty much just doing this because I love making my notes as well as photos aesthetic so this will probably turn out to be a 100 days of me exploring studyblr as well as trying to be as productive as I can be for school. If you're doing this challenge and/or have started a new school year, I wish you the best of luck!
Day 41/100 of Productivity: 2 October 2017
Some notes about life at Gallipoli.. It’s scary to think about how young some of the men who fought in world war one were.. lest we forget
