I MADE BANGLA FLASHCARDS

I’ve made a StudyBlue account that publicly displays flashcards I’ve made if you cuties wanna study the vocab I’ve posted. So far I have a deck for week one’s daily words right here. Audio of me attempting to pronounce the word correctly (hopefully correctly? I’m trying to adhere to more Bangladeshi pronunciations if I can, and they will be nowhere near perfect because I’m brand-spanking-new to this but I have to start somewhere!)

I have designed them in a way so that if you want to test your Bengali writing/spelling recall without looking you can do that too :D

Lost in Thought

She looked lost. She snuggled a little bit further into the blanket that was wrapped around her. The screen in front of her was bright, her eyes strained slightly to make out the words. Her mind was elsewhere. Her hands rubbed against each other. She was still cold. She whispered the same problem to herself for the fourth time. Her words drifted at the end of each repetition. The words were there, her mind wasn’t. By the sixth repetition, she shifted her position so her face was turned away from me. Her head banged slightly against her knee. Just what was she frustrated with? Would she ever tell me?
