what are you reading currently?

right now, I'm reading Good Omens (planning on watchin the TV series later) and IT IS SO GOOOOD like seriously if 2020 is the end of the world can it go down good omens style?? I took a break from trying to read IT (yes, I am a big fat chicken, who worries that a balloon holding clown is hiding under her bed) and this is a wonderful change (◕ᴗ◕✿)!

Today I had three online classes and it went pretty well but by the last one I just wanted it to end. It wasn’t boring but I already talked about the topics the teacher was talking about in three different occasions (in Roman Politics and Society, Latin Literature III and in Roman Culture), so I was pretty much distracted. But it was a good day, could’ve done more but tomorrow is saturday so I’m hoping to get a lot done.

Tomorrow I want to do some of my mandatory readings and others to help understand some parts better:

The story of David and the chapter on Judith (Bible)

The frogs by Aristophanes

A few chapters from Ovid’s Metamorphoses

Art and its Objects by Richard Wollheim

I don’t know if I’ll get to all of them but I hope to read most of it!  🤩

I derive an insane amount of pleasure from finishing all the ink in a pen.  It’s one of those things that gets me to work when I need to push past the procrastination inertia.  This is the last pen of this type (Pentel Energel) that I currently own.  At the end of each day I mark where the ink is so I can track how it dwindles.  It’s a little symbol of having gotten work done.  SO SATISFYING.

Just me?  How do you gamefy your to do list?
