Andiamo per la ricetta :) I loved to have created a #vegan reinterpretation of this classic italian dish!!! 🙌 This delicious new recipe is made with @Soy_officiel Okara, it’s the pulp of pressed soy and you can use it in so many recipes (cookies, vegan eggs, sauce…) You can check my IGTV vidéo tonight to watch the recipe step by step and here’s the Ingredients and method following : RECIPE : ************************* Ingredients : 250g lumaconi 1 garlic clove 1 cup spinach 1/3 @Soy_officiel Okara pack 1 cup plantbased cream Olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Method : Step 1 Sauté the garlic in olive oil and add the spinach to cook. Step 2 Cook your lumaconi in boiling water and a tbsp olive oil until al dente (12 mn approx.). Rinse with cold water. Step 3 In a large bowl place 1/3 of Okara by @Soy_officiel Step 4 Add 1 cup Plantbased cream, chop parsley. Step 5 Add cooked spinach. Drizzle with olive oil. Step 6 Mix together until smooth. Step 7 Cover a baking pan generously with tomato sauce. Step 8 Stuff and place your pasta. Squeezing helps to fill the pasta completely. Step 9 Drizzle some bread crumbs. And/Or vegan cheese. Step 10 Place in the oven for 35 minutes at 250°F Serve and enjoy!!!
