aaaalright friends, let's talk about subliminals and manifestation because i am tired
SUBLIMINAL ADVICE
FROM A VETERAN
i have been using subliminals for 10 years. i have always gotten results, and usually pretty quickly. after joining loablr, i stopped getting results (now fixed), because of the toxic mindset propagated in the community and being saturated by information. i'll be very blunt and maybe a little mean in this post, because i'm very tired of the nonsense
1. stop worrying about your mindset. your mindset is fine. as long as your mindset includes "subliminals work" you'll see results
2. the more you learn about how it works, the worse it works. trust me. you're best off believing it's magic and that's that. screw the science. here's a subliminal to help you forget how they work, if you're interested
3. drinking water does make your results faster. also drink a lot of water if you're using subs for appearance; your body changing like that dehydrates you. do i know how or why? no, but i know it's true, so stay hydrated
4. you don't really need boosters, but if you wanna use them, do, they're great. just don't overwhelm your playlist with them. if you have too many boosters they actually slow your results down cause your mind is more saturated with the booster affirmations than the actual goal affirmations.
5. listening overnight provides the best results because your subconscious is more accessible when your conscious is "turned off"
6. there will be wait. i'm sorry but there WILL be. i don't care if you think that's a "limiting belief", it's true. believing you should get complete results without any wait is actually more limiting because you quickly start to second-guess yourself. manifestation is like updating your reality. you download the update instantly, but it takes a bit to load.
7a. this is more of a personal opinion but i find that targeted affirmations work better than general ones. ex.: "my chest is small" > "my chest is my ideal size"
7b. continuing from that, exaggerated affirmations work better than non-exaggerated ones, ex.: "my chest is impossibly small and flat" > "my chest is small"
8. use flushes every once in a while. i promise you, it makes everything so much quicker. after you get your results from one thing, you don't need that backlog of affirmations anymore, they act as clutter, and slow your next manifestation down. flushing every once in a while will NOT remove your results, it's more like cleaning up your desk of old papers
9. making detailed playlists doubles as scripting, and scripting is probably the best manifestation method out there. knowing what you want is the most important part of manifesting and having it down somewhere helps tremendously
10. you are putting entirely too much pressure on yourself. i see way too many posts blaming people for not getting results or "failing" manifestation, and it infuriates me. there's no such thing as failing. there's no need to "understand" the law or whatever. you need to relax, do your little routine whatever it may be, and wait. that's it. you don't need to know anything, you don't need to do anything special, you just need to do your thing. (this goes back to 1. and 2.)

One thing that inspires to me to keep a routine is the aesthetic. It's probably not the most ethical method but being able to say that I wake up at 5:00 A.M. and workout? Listening to my subliminal playlists at least once a day? Nothing beats that feeling.
How to listen yt subliminals to make them work overnight? Any tips mystic ? 😣💗 Like imagining while listening / Affirming while listening? Or just falling asleep while listening ? Low vol. High vol. ? Anything like that ? Please help me 😭
the thing about subliminals is that people over complicate them.
you have to keep in mind that at the end of the day, subliminals are just affirmations and music/rain sounds. it’s impossible to mess up listening to a subliminal or to listen the “wrong way”. All you need to do is listen. The subliminal community has made a lotttt of limiting beliefs with made up rules like “you have to wait 21 days for results” or “you need to drink water to boost results”. But none of that really means anything, so just listen however you want to.
With the law of assumption, whatever you assume to be true is true. that being said, you could use that to your advantage or disadvantage. you could believe that you only need to listen to a subliminal once to get results or you can believe that you need to listen for a month at a low volume and loop your playlist overnight in order to get results. People do things like affirming while listening or listening overnight because 1. They believe it will give them faster results (and so it does) and 2. It feels comfortable and natural to them
so do whatever you believe will get you faster results but please note that it’s not necessary to do anything else but listen. just have fun with it and do whatever feels natural to you!
ps.
another key point worth mentioning is that your mind truly is more powerful than any subliminal. If you keep thinking of your subliminal results as something that isn’t here yet then it’s going to continue to not be here. The goal shouldn’t be to get results overnight, it should be to know that you have results whenever you said you did. Don’t try to “get” your results, realize you already have them.
Subliminals are a tool for manifesting but you don’t have to use them, they aren’t the only way to manifest.

i’m confused about this day, it was very good until the evening came. suddenly something extremely bad was about to happen to me (it could have cost my life if i didn’t acted so fast, the same thing happened to me 2 years ago around the same time) and afterwards some rumours started to go around about me on tellonym. my feelings are extremely mixed right now i’m still in a good mood but i have panic at the same time and overthink the whole situation again and again. i hope i’m better tomorrow
