Bruhhhh
I didn't pay for a sub professor . So why is there one in the room teaching? An email should have been sent out that my professor was not coming. Like what are emails for ? 😑 -Signed a Frustrated College Student-
These two subs at my school, one of them looks like santa claus the other looks like Abraham Lincoln. No joke. Can't take there picture and put it online.
"anime is not a creative art form"
so our sub for art class in school was explaining about the project we were doing
when all of a sudden he's like "i hate it when people do anime"
our class has the coolest substitute ever
an old man who's taught for 50 years, his last year teaching being this one
he's taught basically every subject in every grade from kindergarten to uni
he used to work in security but let go of that job after he got too old
oh and he also took up 2 full periods telling us the story of how he tOOK DOWN A FUCKING MASS MURDERER IN ONE OF THE DOWNTOWN DEPARTMENT STORES IN OUR CITY YEARS BACK AND GOT SHOT IN THE FINGER IN THE PROCESS OF DOING SO AND IS GETTING A DOCUMENTARY DONE ON HIM LIKE FUCKING HELL HE'S SO COOL DUDE

OH SH!T. I forgot the ...
Because baking is more of a science than just cooking ... when you forget something or don't have it in stock it is much more detrimental to your dish. Here are some GREAT tips if you are ever stuck in a pickle ...
Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda plus 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar can be substituted for 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Butter
Unsalted butter can be substituted for regular butter in any recipe. It is NOT necessary to add salt. Margarine can also be substituted for butter. Do NOT use lowfat spreads or light butter for baking.
Buttermilk
1 tablespoon vinegar plus enough milk to equal 1 cup OR 2/3 cup plain yogurt plus 1/3 cup milk can be substituted for 1 cup buttermilk.
*** especially great tip when making red velvet cake!!
Light Corn Syrup
1 cup dark corn syrup can be substituted for 1 cup light corn syrup, and vice versa. (Note: Flavor will be affected somewhat.) OR substitute 1 1/4 cups sugar plus 1/3 cups liquid.
Molasses
1 cup honey can be substituted for 1 cup molasses. (and vice versa) Note: flavor will be affected.
Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Flavoring
If you run out of vanilla extract or flavoring, you can substitute maple syrup, teaspoon for teaspoon. I have used this so many times. You cannot tell the difference!
