Neutral Grip Pull-ups. Program called for 50 reps. I got 38 over 8 minutes before tapping out. Finished my work out today. I am getting back into the swing of remaining healthy and keeping my fitness up. The days I don’t work out I can feel the difference. My overall health is better when I work out. So I need to find balance when I am on a wonky schedule.
