So I'm starting this cleanse soon (as soon as my second package from GNC arrives), but I'm kind of worried about side effects. Juice Fast Ahead

This week I'm taking on a 7 day Green Buzz juice fast from Adina Niemerow's Super Cleanse. I've been staying away from the computer and getting plenty of rest to prepare for what should be a pretty interesting week.

Day 74

So, I did super cleanse my hair and, per usual, it feels amazing. To avoid having dry ends again I put some of my regular strength apple cider vinegar on my ends. It really did help. And I am going to do water only every other day to give my hair some breathing. I am afraid my hair might start to stink though. I just started a new exercise routine today and it is INTENSE. It is the hardest I have ever worked out before. So, needless to say (but I am going to be gross anyways) every part of my body gets super sweaty - especially my hairline and the nape of my neck. I might need to do some spot washing every day on those sports, but for the most part I want to do water only/regular baking soda solution rotation for 2 weeks and see where that gets me. 

Sorry about the lack of posts/pictures/fun stuff. Classes are in full swing and it gets hard to come up with 50 new things and queue them all. But if you put something (tips, advice, picture, anything you would like) in my ask, I can fill my queue at least a little bit so you will have something besides my whining/complaining/talking about myself to post.

I AM SUCH A BAD PERSON!! I super cleansed twice in one week. My hair is going to be super oily in order to recover. But I want my hair to be oil free for my first day of classes. Whatever. My hair will look nice at least for one day.
