someone commissioned a strawberry poison dart frog frobby but my first attempt for it came out looking like a superhero! i'm going to redo it before giving it to them, but i kinda love how this came out anyway.

Alternate universe Earth that’s exactly the same, but there’s one guy that has a superpower. He can change colors at will, but instead of using it to be a superhero, he just makes really obnoxious, offensive jokes.
a super hero comedy show where one of the main villains, the big bad of the whole thing is said to wield immense power with their eye beams. Everyone assumes this means like, laser eyes, but when the protagonists finally get to fight them, they’re just holding one of these things
their real power is super strength.
A superhero that everyone thinks is the normal powerhouse bruiser that can fly and shoot lasers out of their eyes, but there’s actually weird complicated magic from all over the world that gives them their powers. Their invulnerability? Giant Magic from the Norse, that allows them to redirect any force to a mountain or plain(they always hide a smile when a villain says they felt like punching a mountain, 9 times out of 10 they are). The flying? They’re being carried by Slyphs, invisible air elementals from Greece. The laser eyes? The eyes of Anubis, that judge the scales of a soul’s good and bad, and sends them to the afterlife if they’re more bad than good. Hey it doesn’t work everytime but usually that means that particular villain can be redeemable so win win
Character and prop design for a new animatic. I only ever do character design when I need to for my classes. I have the general idea what to do when designing, but I'd rather just work on the boards.
