Pleaaaaase update purity on ao3 im begging 🥺🤍

So here’s the thing, I just want to say that I really do appreciate how much you clearly love my story, but I am unfortunately going to have to leave you disappointed by telling you that it’s probably going to be a while yet before Purity or any of my other fics get updated.

I am having a lot of trouble finding the motivation to write these day’s and most of that is because I have a lot going on in my life IRL. I have a full time job as well as a lot of other stressful obligations that eat into my time and here lately I just don’t have the energy to write for long periods of time, sometimes I don’t even have the energy to push out a couple of sentences. So I honestly can’t say when my next update will happen…

I do however want to make you all aware that this DOES NOT mean I am discontinuing or abandoning any of my fics. They will all be completed eventually, I just need to take a bit of time to get stuff situated IRL and recharge my writer batteries. So please just continue to be patient with me.

Holy hell... as much as I am a simp for overhaul, you are so good at portraying so much emotion and genuine fear and character struggle in your writings that my legs feel WEAK, like right after you get really bad news or super duper scared. It’s incredible. He scares me in a way like never before. You have an incredible talent in your writing, please keep up the good work!

Hello i recently found you're blog and im really interested! As a young writer myself and wanting to write good yandere characters such as overhaul or any mha character can you give me some tips- you can ignore this if you want to thats fine if you do! So have a good day or night my lovely author-chan!

My only real advice when it comes to writing for these characters is to play around and find the ones you feel the most comfortable with. If you feel like you have a pretty good idea on the inner workings of their mind, than go for it. Take me for example, I started off writing Yander!Erasermic stuff, and while I feel pretty confident in my ability to write them, I eventually found myself simpimg hardcore for Overhaul and now I write almost exclusively for him because I feel like out of all the BNHA characters, he’s the one who’s head I can live in and whose motivations I understand the best. He’s the character that I feel the most confident writing for, even if the situations I’m writing him into are completely un-canon in nature.

I think everyone has those certain characters that they just feel really good about writing for.

My friend @talpup is amazing at writing Shouta and Hizashi, but has also been trying their hand at Overhaul and is really nailing his character down to a perfect T!

Then there’s another awesome writer, @morgana-ren, who is an absolute Shigaraki simp and writes him in the yummiest way imaginable!

It’s just all about what you’re most comfortable and confident with.
