Oh course I had to break into full body hives again because I guess i really am forbidden from sleeping at all tonight just like last night because my body is just obesssed with being in mind numbing pain and itchiness and dizziness and I’ll just never get to feel a day without pain huh? I was just born to be in agony dayly and get passed from doctor to doctor who all have 0 intentions of actually taking on my case in any serious way

Sure, they’ll keep me around. They’ll listen to be vent for a few minutes. They’ll say “hmmm” and “that shouldn’t be happening.” But they won’t give me any serious advice. They won’t act like any of my physical symptoms could possibly indicate a medical issue. They will just say “well anyway, see you next year!”

I'm a refugee living in Gorom Refugee Camp, and today I’m reaching out on behalf of my fellow Muslims here in the camp.

We are facing an emergency. Our mosque is still under construction and unfortunately, it's not yet complete. Whenever it rains, water leaks inside, making it very difficult for us to pray and gather.

We are kindly seeking support to help us finish the mosque. We also need to install essential items like an amplifier, solar panel, solar battery, microphone, and speakers to make it functional for the community.

Our last attempt at survival, an ask for help.

We're two girls, partners and artists, both neurodivergent, we have experienced psychiatric torture, government abuse, rape, physical and mental aggression, attempted murder, poisoning, slave labor, familial abuse, and ever since I had two syringes injected in both sides of my legs with around 12mg of some drug in each in a mental hospital, my legs haven't worked properly, this is an ask for help, because we're tired of suffering.

This is the last month we receive a small government aid, it used to be what covered our rent. Renewal takes 3 months. Without help, we will have no way to survive this gap.

We’re tired. We’re at our limit. We don’t want to keep living like this. We are exhausted, and if nothing changes, we won't keep enduring this, because this world has shown us nothing but cruelty and pain. The only reason we are still here is because we don't want to lose eachother, we don't want to lose what we have, but we can't keep resisting like this, it's just impossible. If we get help to stay alive, to be okay, we will continue creating art, but without that, we see no reason to keep enduring this pain.

What we’re asking:

We need 3 months of rent covered, so we can focus only on food and survival until the aid is reinstated.

Absolutely any donation is very welcome and will help us a lot, it's already something more, considering we aren't expecting anything.

1 USD ≈ around 5.6 BRL (enough bread for one person).

10 USD ≈ around three days of food.

100 USD ≈ around a month of rent.

I’m planning a poetry book, everyone who donates will get it for free when it’s ready. I still have a lot to write and I want to pay back with what I can if we stay alive, for it'd be solely because of people who helped that we would be able to keep writing.
