OLIVIA'S BIRTHDAY!!! II ACCEPTING!! II @crackcdmask said:
" Hey Livvy! " here comes Tim with something hidden behind his back, " I heard its your birthday! So I- uh... I got you a lil somethin'! " he's nervous, more because he doesn't know how things are done here on Earth. In the Borderlands, you give each other protection, so....
" I know you don't really got a need for it here but um... here. " hands come out from behind his back and in them is a blue SMG with yellow and orange detail, with a white diagonal stripe down the center of the gun.
" It's uh... It's called HellFire. I had it stashed in my gearchip and thought it'd make a decent present. I can teach you how to shot? I-If you want. "
The custom of giving a weapon as a gift isn't lost on the school teacher. In fact, she had her own small collection of silver pistols, given to her by her father years ago on a birthday. It wasn't much a surprise but more of a promise given to her when she reached the proper age to handle the pistols. Olivia hadn't considered it much of of a birthday gift and more of an heirloom, but the appreciation and love of the gift would never go ignored.
Just as the gift that Tim is presenting her in the moment. Something she hadn't expected at all. Tim, in all his loving and carefree nature, did have a mysterious side to himself that intrigued Olivia to her core. She hadn't realized that mysterious side would convey something as interesting as gifting a large gun as a birthday gift. One that's bright and colorful in all the hues that she adores.
It looked a little bulky to what she was accustomed to and Tim would have to teach her how to operate it. Olivia isn't even sure the gun was 'normal' or needed bullets. It looked like something from a sci-fi movie. Her blue eyes widen, excited at Tim and the gift, thinking about how this is hers and that her boyfriend was so thoughtful to give her something so cool at her disposal.
In Gravity Falls, needing a weapon was crucial, but this was something that she hoped would pack a lot more of a punch than a shotgun would.
"Ya got this? An' it's all for me?" Olivia isn't sure she should grab it out of her own nervous excitement that she might damage or accidentally press the wrong button. "Darlin', it's gotta be the dandiest gift I've seen. Thank you..."
"When do we start? Do ya wanna set a practice date?"
