I had little to no sleep all week. Ended up over eating a few days because I was tired and grazing.
Because of this I only worked out 2 days. Oops.
So I lost 0 pounds this week. That's only 1 pound in two weeks.
But I did lose .5 inch on my hips and another .5 inch on my waist. So that's something.
I also got my Covid Vaccine Friday. Sore arm with a knot and my hands and feet were really cold that night. But now all of that is gone and I feel fine.
