A/N: I’m kinda a mess with this one I hope it’s ok haha I had to rewrite it a few times lol hope you enjoy!

ok but florist! wonu is literally everything

imagine him getting up early every morning to head to his shop

and he’ll unlock the glass door and pull open all the blinds 

and sunlight is just streaming into his colorful and beautiful floral shop

as the sunflowers start to wake up and face the morning light

and he ties the cutest beige apron with a simple lily embroidery around his waist as he starts retrieving the new flowers for the day 

and he loves organizing them

sometimes he’ll organize by colors

so when he gets fresh flowers

he’ll sort them from reds to oranges to yellows

to greens to blues to violets

roses to daisies to carnations to forget-me-nots to lavender

so that his shop window is a rainbow that attracts any passerby's attention

and he’ll be humming to himself while he’s arranging bouquets for the day

and if you listen really closely sometimes when he has the windows to his shop open

you can hear his voice

deep and steady

like the water in a pond

slowly singing a song

and damn even the flowers would fall for his voice

as his hands gently brush across the petals 

and he very carefully and concisely snips at the stems so that each flower is proudly on display

and the arrangement he was working on is perfect

it skips whole beats when you see what he’s holding

it’s a small pot

with the most beautiful orchids you’ve ever seen

they’re dark blue on the edges

that blue that the sky gets right after the sun sets

and as the blue travels into the centers of the flower

it gets brighter until it’s almost an aqua blue

they’re small and the pot fits into your hand

as he gently hands over the pot

fingers lingering maybe a tad bit when they brush yours

“You said you were looking for orchids to brighten up your working space.” he said smiling as he looks up from the pot to you

“...and these reminded me of you so I thought they were perfect.”

you’re kinda stunned

not even just about the flowers

or how beautiful of a blue they were

or how they reminded him of you

but also because of how lightly his hands had brushed yours

“You’re giving them to me?” you ask

“Yea well I know how much you like orchids and these ones aren’t too difficult to care for, just add fertilizer every week and make sure you water them amply but let them dry out between waterings and they should be fine”

he shyly goes through the care tips for the plant and sends you on your way 

quietly patting himself on the back for having the guts to finally do something after just short conversations every thursday morning

and when you set the little pot down on your desk

you can’t help but let your thoughts wander off to the florist shop where Wonwoo works

and think about him

when you entered that shop for the first time a few months ago

you had been surprised at how airy the shop felt despite being fairly small in size

as you waited by the counter

you hadn’t really expected someone as beautiful as the flowers like Wonwoo to be the shop owner

but when he had stepped out of the back room with a vase of orange calla lilies 

you had to use every ounce of willpower you had not to stop and stare

“Ah do you need some flowers?”

“I’m throwing a house warming party actually! I just moved in.” you did your best to smile comfortably

it kind of naturally began to be a habit

to stand by the flowers every thursday and just discuss whatever small little topics passed by your mind

“How did you decide to open your floral shop?”

you look down at your watch and realize its time to go or you’ll be late to work

“I’ll see you next time then Wonwoo.” you grin and wave as he waves goodbye as well

and you’re almost at the street corner when you hear your name

the kingdom of the forest is tucked away in the most beautiful and lush forest in the world

the castle is covered in vines and flowers and all the houses are hidden away by the beautiful greens of the trees 

Prince Joshua, however, is almost never in the castle, but exploring the whole of his kingdom, interacting with everyone and venturing to the very edges of the borders of his land

quiet and a bit shy, he rules gently and with grace, conflicts nearly never occur and the crops thrive in the rich environment, his people live well

the question that plagues Joshua every day is what is the purpose of the magical border? Was it implemented to keep dangers out? Or trap his people in?

regardless, he knows no one has had the ability to venture outside of the magical borders and so he spends much of his time when not helping his people, researching the plants, animals, and environment of his kingdom

in the hopes that perhaps he will finally receive some answers about why he rules over this portion of the world

but one day when he’s out on the farthest edge of his kingdom

he watches as you kingdom jump, crossing right across the magical border easily

the first person he ever saw capable of crossing the magical boundaries, you

The Kingdom of the Moon - Prince Junhui

The Kingdom that is said to be more lively when the moon is out and quiet when the sun decides to take a peek

a beautiful castle sits on top of a seaside cliff, it looks very gorgeous at night since the moon is always either beside or on top of the castle and the castle itself camouflages itself like the stars

and every night, beautiful sounds of a piano can be heard coming from the castle

just like the moon, Prince Junhui has a mysterious side that no one really knows since he rarely comes out of the castle 

he may not come out all the time, but he always looks at his kingdom through the window, thinking of other ways to please and make his people live in comfort without a worry

he rules in silence, never lets conflict happen in his kingdom and would always be working hard on making his kingdom thrive

and everytime a full moon or a new moon arrives, he would invite all his people to his castle for them to dance under the moonlight with him

even though he is content with how he is living, he can't help but always wonder at night if anyone else beyond the magical border is looking at how beautiful the moon is at night

hoping that one day he could share such a beautiful sight with someone

he would always take one last glance at his peaceful kingdom after he plays piano in the midst of the night, trying to push away the same thoughts at the back of his mind

surprisingly, this time he sees you sitting on top of one of the village houses, looking at the moon 

The Kingdom of Fire - Prince Soonyoung

the kingdom of fire resides near the dark mountains 

the castle is dark outside but very gorgeous and intricate inside, and with the use of magic, the castle can be on fire without it actually burning

Prince Soonyoung, unlike fire, is a very warm and gentle ruler, you’ll literally never see the Prince without a smile on his face

he makes sure that his people are living in the best conditions and are always entertained

his positive energy spreads like wildfire whenever he is roaming his village, talking to every living soul he meets

he has made sure that his kingdom would always thrive from the moment he was announced, Prince

and his people are very grateful for all that he has done to keep their kingdom on top

but as much as he loves the kingdom, he can't help but question about whats on the other side of the border

but he puts it at the back of his mind most of the time due to the bigger problems he has to solve within his kingdom

not until his royal guards brings you in, telling him how they saw you cross the border and come into his kingdom 

The Kingdom of Literature - Prince Wonwoo

the kingdom of literature is well known for it gigantic libraries and the peoples' huge appreciation for literature

the castle itself smells like ink and paper, exquisite artworks hanged in every corridor and is even standing next to the biggest library 

Prince Wonwoo, without a doubt, is probably the smartest Prince you’ve ever met

not only is he book smart, due to his huge inquisitiveness, he also learned how to be people and street smart

with his knowledge, he is able to keep his kingdom at the top all the time, the kingdom can experience the worst downfall yet the Prince would still find a way to fix everything and bring them back to the top

which is why his people really pay a lot of respect to him since they have never felt their kingdom at its peak before the Prince was passed on the throne 

due to the wide selection of books that he has, for sure he has read about the myth of the Kingdom Jumpers that were once the only people who brought the 13 kingdoms together

ever since then, he has always questioned what’s on the other side of the magical border and if Kingdom Jumpers still exist

on his way to the library to do his study about the magical border and kingdom jumpers for the umpteenth time

he meets you, who is surprisingly interested in the Kingdom Jumpers myth as much as he is

The Kingdom of Ice - Prince Jihoon

located in the coldest part of the entire world exists one of the most powerful kingdoms

a kingdom made of ice that camouflages the houses through its snow and ice layers on its roofs

and at the top of the highest icy mountain stands a castle with very intricate designs, icy windows, and big beautiful ice chandeliers 

though Prince Jihoon is rarely seen in his beautiful castle, instead you would find him roaming the village, talking to every single person he meets

the Prince would appear cold to anyone who meets him at first, but as soon as you get to know him, you'll know that he is very warm inside

he tries his very hardest to lead and take care of his people and hope that he won't let them down

even if it means finding out why they are trapped inside by this magical border

but for now, he has to focus on how he and his people could survive  and live in comfort inside the border 

the Prince is once again roaming the village, taking notice of what the people are currently lacking so that he may help in supplying them with what they need

and you trying to make yourself warm inside an inn really caught his attention since anyone who lives in his kingdom should be used to the cold weather by now

The Kingdom of the Sun - Prince Seokmin

the kingdom of the sun resides on the edge of a vast lake, the sunlight reflecting across the lake’s surface, leaving gold flecks of light across the village

much of the castle is open, the walls and ceilings made of gold, paintings of the sun and stars covering every wall 

Prince Seokmin himself explores the vast castle grounds, too unsure about what may await him in the village, but also unsure of the magical border

he focuses on ruling compassionately, keeping smiles on all of his people’s faces with elaborate shows and music

he’s just as bright as the sun, both in the way he smiles, and the way he treats every person of his kingdom

while he is loved across the land for being kind, he still doesn’t know much about how he came about to rule such a vast kingdom

he enjoys taking his boat out onto the lake to simply enjoy the view and the beauty of the water

but when he finds you out in the middle of the lake, without a boat, tired from a jump gone too far away from land

he offers you his hand, and a place by his side, in the hopes that perhaps the mysterious person that you are to him may have the secrets that explain his existence

The Kingdom of Silk - Prince Mingyu

the kingdom of silk is well-known for its fabrics, linens, and elaborate beautiful fashions, the commonly accepted most beautiful materials to ever be created

the castle itself is dark and intricate, like embroidery on a dress, stitches of gold thread on a royal uniform

Prince Mingyu himself sits on his throne proudly, learning as much as he can on how to rule his kingdom, and how best to implement the skills necessary to keep production of fabrics smooth

he doesn’t leave the castle all that often, the dark wine red curtains of the palace drawn tightly shut as he is advised to do

while he is curious about the outlying magical boundary that he and his people can’t physically cross

he does not question what may be beyond the border and focuses on instead the needs of his people and how he can rule kindly

he wants to protect his citizens as best as he can and ensures everyone has everything they need as well as the best and most comfortable things to wear

one should not cause trouble in the kingdom

for kingdom jumpers are no longer allowed or talked about

and so when you enter Mingyu’s kingdom, it’s no surprise you are caught by the guards and brought up to the castle where the prince must decide your fate 

The Kingdom of Light - Prince Minghao

the kingdom of light has never once faced the issue of darkness, the lights from the castle and along the streets of the village brightly shine upon the citizens

the castle itself is open, glass windows letting in the streaming glow of sunlight 

Prince Minghao, unlike the kingdom he rules, is one shrouded in mystery, like one would be shrouded in the shadows light cannot reach

not much is known about the prince, besides that he has proven very capable as a leader and has saved the kingdom from multiple possible disasters

Minghao doesn’t much care for the bright theatrics from his position

instead of sitting in plain sight on a throne for his people to stare at

he chooses instead to spend his days walking amongst his people, disguised as a common village folk

where he can make friends without the pressure and harsh judgement that comes with being prince and learn all the practical components of what makes his kingdom work, the people

so when you finally arrive in the kingdom of light and run into a stranger in town square

how were you supposed to know that he was the prince?

The Kingdom of the Ocean - Prince Seungkwan

the kingdom of the ocean can be found near the biggest body of water in the whole world

with its castle facing the ocean, letting the ocean breeze go through the big open windows

Prince Seungkwan is loved by all, for not only is he one good leader but for he also protects them 

just like water, the Prince is calm and goes with any flow, but be careful and not get on his bad side or big tidal waves will keep coming your way

he cares deeply about his people, their problem is his problem, so believe me when I saw that his people would do anything keep their precious Prince happy 

he makes the fishing industry strive and gives everyone a chance to learn how to swim just so they could see a brand new world when they dive into the mysterious waters

he is almost always out of his castle, walking along the coastline, talking to everyone in the village and even 

hungry for more bodies of water to explore, he wonders if there are more outside the border

so when he was doing his nightly habit of walking along the coastline, not thinking about his Prince-ly duties

he was beyond speechless when he saw you jump into his kingdom at the edge of the coastline border

The Kingdom of Lightning - Prince Hansol

the kingdom of lightning is known for being one of the mysterious kingdoms out there

the castle matches with the purple sky and the inside is designed aesthetically to what the kingdom specializes in

Prince Hansol never really understood why there's a magical border, he has always questioned it almost his whole life

he thinks that there is a reason as to why they can’t leave and that there are a lot of things that they can discover within the border

as much as he would like his questions to be answered, he has to deal with more important things happening within his kingdom, especially now that he is leading a thriving kingdom

for a ruler his age, he has actually done a great job of leading his kingdom than most of the old rulers has

due to all the help the Prince gives, they're always rich in crops and he wishes to do more as time goes by

during the prince’s free time, he likes to play with lightning and hit empty lands of his kingdom with unexpected lighting since it always leaves beautiful marks on the ground

he hit the lands near the border with lightning since no one really lives there 

until a few hours later, news reached the Prince that they found an unconscious person near the border next to what it seemed like a lightning strike mark on the ground

The Kingdom of Mirrors/Reflection - Prince Chan

“the kingdom where you'll find yourself,” they say

its castle itself is bright and gold, with mirrors almost everywhere you look

Prince Chan, being hand on the throne at a very young age always worried about not being the rightful ruler of his people

so he works really hard in trying to prove his people and himself that he is where he needs to be and will never disappoint them,

though he already proved that long ago when the kingdom experienced a great downfall and the Prince didn’t give up in raising the kingdom back to the top

he still couldn’t help but doubt his abilities due to all the pressure and responsibility he was given as soon as he was announced, Prince

even though he is surrounded by a lot of mirrors, he never felt like he is seeing his true self

he always sees a fearful person who is just being treated with respect just because of his blood, and not for who he is as a person

so when he met you when he snuck out of the castle and tried to live like a normal citizen for one day

he saw a hint of himself in you and hopes that you will be his mirror in showing who he really is
