Ok but considering it's canon that Maul likes and trusts droids more than people that makes me really excited to see what kind of dynamic he and Two-Boots might have in season 2. Because in a way Maul and Two-Boots are narrative parralels when it comes to Devon and Rylee. Both just lost their father figures and are now being entrusted with looking after them (even if in Maul's case it's less of a "take care of my daughter" way and more of a "I'm literally the only mf left to raise this traumatised child, all according to keikaku" way).
