An interesting book that if I didn’t know any better would think Bardon read and copied many ideas. Bardon would never do such a thing though...right? Read both and compare. 

Point of note, at one point he describes concentration on the “tip of the nose” this occurs a lot in some Eastern texts. What is really called for is concentration on the point between the eyebrows or classically The Third Eye.

New Delhi, July 30 (IANS) Swami Vivekananda acted as a tonic for the Hindu mind that was depressed and demoralised, RSS Joint General Secretary Suresh Soni said here on Tuesday while releasing the book ‘Essential Vivekananda’.

Soni said the book was a reminder to not only imbibe Swami’s thoughts, but also to put them into action for the betterment of the society.
