Probably! Oxidation and UV rays react with the red color in the resin, and the dye bath gives that color back.

Hi! Of course, I should have included a link in my post in the first place ^^ Unfortunately that particular head is sold out and I bought it second-hand through Spreenow. But the artist’s Taobao store is here, and they have another head (below) with teeth in a similar style that’s still available, if that helps at all. It doesn’t have the horns or elf ears though:
